By accessing and using Kryquazisolutions's investment consulting services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and establish the legal relationship between you and Kryquazisolutions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Investment Consultation Services

Kryquazisolutions provides professional investment consulting services including portfolio analysis, financial planning, and investment strategy development. Our services are designed to help clients make informed investment decisions based on their individual circumstances.

All investment advice is provided based on the information you provide and current market conditions. Clients retain full responsibility for all investment decisions and their consequences.

Payment Terms

Payment for investment consulting services is due at the time of service delivery. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and electronic payments.

All fees are quoted in South African Rand and include applicable taxes. Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods.

• • Consultation fees range from R1,850 to R9,250 per hour depending on service complexity
• • Payment is required before or at the time of consultation
• • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy terms

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Kryquazisolutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund provided for pre-paid services.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Kryquazisolutions, you agree to:

• • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary investment strategies shared
• • Make investment decisions based on your own judgment and risk tolerance
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Prohibited Uses

Clients may use information provided during consultations for their personal investment decisions but may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

Kryquazisolutions maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and investment details. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary investment strategies or methodologies shared during consultations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

Kryquazisolutions's liability is limited to the fees paid for specific consultation services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kryquazisolutions from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client's use of our services or investment decisions made based on our consultations.

Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship at any time with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.

Kryquazisolutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with South African arbitration procedures.

Changes to Terms

Kryquazisolutions may modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. Material changes will be communicated to clients.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kryquazisolutions regarding the use of our investment consulting services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
